At Alvar Pagani, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@alvarpagani.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship any item back before receiving confirmation from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every Alvar Pagani watch is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alvarpagani.com with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different model is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
